bayvista Studios photographers are members of the SWPP (Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers) and the PWPN (Professional Wedding Photographers Network) and are based in Whitehaven, North West Cumbria, on the edge of the Lake District. We have been providing wedding photography in Cumbria for Bride and Groom’s for over 25 years; in addition our wedding video in Lake District or wedding video in Cumbria service continues as an optional service along side our wedding photography in Cumbria service. We always use two photographers for weddings with additional cameramen for our video options, but you can book one service without the other or both together. Bayvista Studios photography and Bayvista videos specialise in weddings and video and the very popular photography story books. We prefer an informal (reportage) style of capturing weddings, yet we always adapt our photography and video style to meet the Bride and Grooms wishes. Over the last 25 years Bayvista Studios have captured hundreds of weddings in Cumbria and weddings in Lake District, but we do travel just about anywhere. The majority of our weddings tend to be local to Cumbria and the Lakes, but lately we have seen a big increase in our home town, now Whitehaven golf club offer a wedding service.

Bayvista Studios are located in Whitehaven in Cumbria and have our own studio for portraits. We also have a portable studio we can use for any event, including corporate functions. Our website has its own secure client area so customers can view their images from anywhere in the world with access to the internet. We normally provide videos on standard DVD and HD Bluray, but we offer a full hosting service for any video footage that requires streaming on the internet. We have a small team of cameramen who work exclusively for Bayvista Studios, so we can tailor our photography or video service for any event. For weddings we always use two photographers with Nikon cameras and videos we use three HD Canon video cameras. Our post production facilities provides us with an excellent computer setup for photography work flow and non-linear video editing, plus the capability for long term archival of footage and images.

Although the majority of our business is wedding photography, we can provide multiple photographers for any event along with video if required. As mentioned already we also have our own portrait studio in Whitehaven and can provide a portrait studio for any event with the option of multiple photographers or multiple cameramen for any video coverage required.
