How Caple Court wedding venue

Set in the grounds of How Caple Court, on the north side of the magnificent old courtyard, is our beautifully restored Concert Barn, originally a seventeenth century tithe barn. In the heart of the Herefordshire countryside with stunning views across the Welsh mountains, yet located only 5 miles from Ross on Wye, 11 miles from Hereford and close to the M50, the barn is an ideal venue for weddings and parties. The barn has a slate floored entrance hall and comprises of a large room with oak flooring (with under floor heating), panelling, chandeliers and beams – a remarkable piece of history.

VENUE HIRE
Available for your day are the Concert Barn, adjoining marquee and use of the stunning gardens for photographs and drinks reception. We offer a five star service, with exceptional catering by a2zest and a professionally  run in-house bar and drinks service.

NUMBERS
We can accommodate up to 120 people in the concert barn or beautiful adjoining marquee, and we can accommodate 200 evening guests. The spacious marquee, where the bar is located, provides extra space, ideal for larger weddings. We have a stage which is fabulous for your band or disco.

DRINKS/CANAPÉS
The formal terracing in front of the main house provides a breath-taking location for your drinks reception and the most gorgeous place for wonderful photographs.
